Sam Vaughn is an award-winning saxophonist, recording artist, and educator based in Oklahoma. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma’s Jazz Studies program, he has performed throughout the United States and Europe and worked alongside acclaimed artists including Ari Hoenig, Champian Fulton, Donny McCaslin, Patrick Bartley, Jay Daversa, and Vince Norman.

Sam performs regularly as a bandleader and freelance musician while teaching saxophone, clarinet, improvisation, and jazz studies. His recordings include his debut EP, Momentum, and Vince Norman and Sam Vaughn: Together Again with the Vince Norman Quartet, also known as Vinny’s Garage.
